Stephen Starr's sci-fi sushi spot Pod has been known since its opening back in October 2000 for its college-friendly neon pod seating and technicolor martinis.
This season, they've kicked things up a notch sophistication-wise with a refreshed color cocktail menu that's still accessible for the kiddies while impressive for the cocktail connoisseurs. Think housemade Kubocha squash syrup (the Gold), Green Machine veggie juice with wheatgrass (Green), and housemade blackberry puree (Indigo).
