On Friday, March 15, cult-favorite cheesesteak shop Steve's Prince of Steaks is expanding from the Great Northeast to Center City. Often overlooked in favor of John's, Pat's, Tony Luke's, and Chink's, Steve's Prince of Steaks is considered the gold standard cheesesteak for many sandwich zealots. They're taking over the former Krispy Kreme at 41 S. 16th Street, and will open during the lunch hour. [The Insider]
