This Sunday, March 17, at the newly expanded Ela, from 10:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m., the sexy Jason Cichonski, the alluring Scott Schroeder, and Hottest Chef nominee Mark Regan will be presenting a whiskey-fueled brunch to celebrate St. Patrick's Day the proper way.
For $35, diners will get a meal of coffee-coddled eggs over duck hash; hash browns with bone marrow gravy; waffles with foie gras whipped cream and smoked maple-whiskey syrup; and cereal-crusted donuts with cereal milk filling.
To start off the festivities, diners will be given a celebratory shot. But, fear not, it's a shot Cichonski likes called "Pancakes and Syrup," so you know it's soft around the edges. There is a whiskey pairing for $20, which is the only real way to go, since it is technically a whiskey brunch.
