During his last service at Stateside, star chef George Sabatino spent his night on the line, knocking out dish after dish for his fans instead of mailing it in and hanging out at the bar.

For those people who couldnt get there, Sabatino Instagrammed the whole service, and gave us this little jewel. Sure, it was just a reassurance for a diner with allergies, but it's good to know whether your food is nut free or not.
