Luke's Lobster On The Way; Palazzo Leaving La Calaca

RITTENHOUSEThe train of new restaurants setting up shop in Rittenhouse continues with the arrival of Luke's Lobster. Luke's specializes in lobster rolls, shrimp rolls, and crab rolls. In NYC, they're only asking $15 for the lobster version, so this is some serious dealage. No word on when they'll open up the local shop yet. [The Insider]

WASHINGTON, D.C.The renderings for Stephen Starr's Le Diplomate ran in The Washingtonian today and look a whole lot like Philly's favorite French hangout, Parc. In addition to the cool drawings, Starr also mentioned that he might continue to expand in the nation's capital, bringing another Fette Sau down south, or a whole new concept altogether. MANAYUNKChef Lucio Palazzo is leaving his post at La Calaca Feliz and taking over head chef duties at the forthcoming Taqueria Feliz. There's no set date yet on when the new location will open to the public, but owners Tim Spinner and Brian Sirhal have targeted the end of April for the big reveal. [Grub Philly]
