plcblicensepic.jpgIn a historic vote, the PA House of Representatives have passed the liquor privatization bill after 7 hours of heated debate, which means those valuable liquor licenses will slowly be sold off to the private sector. Before anyone starts popping off champagne just yet, the bill must pass through the Senate, who are almost sure to make major changes to it before it hits the Governor's desk.
