Restaurateur and mini-empire builder Chip Roman is launching an artisanal candy collection called Bluestone later this year. Roman debuted the sweet treats at the ACHIEVEability fundraiser this past weekend, and told HughE Dillon at Philly Chit Chat that they'll be available starting July 1, but online only to start.
