Cedar Point Bar & Kitchen is in soft opening mode at 2370 E. Norris St., across the street from Loco Pez. Owners Shannon Dougherty and Liz Petersen recently closed up A Full Plate after 6 years on Liberties Walk, but this time around they sprung for a liquor license and are doing it up big with 15 beer taps.
