The mothership just listed the 25 Most Underrated Restaurants across America, and local favorite Fond landed on the list. The criteria is restaurants that enjoy local success, but don't get the national attention they truly deserve. Fond fits that bill quite well, as chef Lee Styer is putting out some of the best food in town and really should be gracing the pages of the industry's top rags. [~EN~]
