The Inky is reporting that West Chester's Roots Cafe is moving in to the space left open by the recently shuttered and beloved Gilmore's at 133 E. Gay Street.

The changeover will occur in late Spring, instantly expanding Roots' 17 seats to 35 inside, and another 30 outside when the weather gets warm. Owner Dan Cellucci has always focused on sustainable food, and now, he says, it'll focus even more on local purveyors and ingredients going forward.
