In the most obvious move in the history of obvious moves, owner Michael Schulson has fired St. James executive chef, Matt Moon. The Insider is reporting that Schulson will take over the kitchen for now until a permanent replacement can be found. The St. James got a No Bell rating from Craig LaBan and Zero Stars from Trey Popp in Philly Mag. Ouch. [The Insider]
