Even though the feds are all up in restaurateur Pete Ciarrocchi's business for shaking down employees at Chickie's & Pete's, that isn't stopping or even slowing down the aggressive expansion plan they have in place. After recently opening spots in Dorney Park, and an upcoming massive C&P operation coming to the Tropicana Casino in Atlantic City, we're now hearing that Ciarrocchi's next order of business will be to open up an outpost in Kansas City, Missouri.

It bears mentioning that former Philadelphia Eagles head coach and notable jolly/fat guy Andy Reid has just been named the head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs. Whether or not Reid specifically requested this C&P expansion or paid for it out of his own pocket has yet to be determined, but Ciarrocchi needs to earn a crapload of pay-off money quickly, and this is a shrewd move.
