The Cheu Noodle Bar crew has had a very successful opening, and today they announced a few menu additions that go live tonight. Chef Ben Puchowitz has whipped up some new noodle dishes, including smoked tofu and miso noodles and peanut noodles with ground duck and foie gras. For you non-noodle folks, he's added barbecue pig tail with ramp kimchi, and fish ribs with jicama and tamarind.
