Plate has closed in Ardmore after a 10-Year run at Suburban Square shopping center. The Insider is reporting that owner David Mantelmacher decided to shutter Plate when lease negotiations got out of control and the landlord tried to raise the rent by $10,000 per month. If Mantelmacher's name sounds familiar, he owned Circa on Walnut Street before it closed, too. [The Insider]
