Chef Scott Schroeder entertains us on Twitter with his antics, but he has a part-time gig doing interviews at Meal Ticket, and there's a great one this week. Johnny Dolo works as the fix-it guy over at the South Philly Taproom, but he's had a pretty interesting life before landing at 16th and Mifflin Streets. After a civil war in Liberia, 14 kids, and a near-execution, Dolo escaped to the U.S. to start a new life. It's a good read. [Meal Ticket]
