The Insider is reporting that Kenny Poon is in the soft opening phase of Tango, his newest restaurant in Chinatown. Located at 1021 Arch Street, Tango is a mash-up of a noodle bar and a karaoke bar stuffed into a bi-level space. The menu is mainly Japanese, which features bento boxes, teriyaki, and tempura in addition to traditional ramen bowls. [The Insider]
