Restaurateur Dave Magrogan, the brains behind Doc Magrogan's, is adding three new restaurants to his empire of 14 before the end of 2013. Magrogan is opening another outpost of Harvest Seasonal Grill in Montgomeryville, a fifth Doc Magrogan's, and a brand new, as-of-yet unnamed concept in Center City. Stay tuned. [Foobooz]
