Eater Philly is hearing that Saba Tedla, the owner of West Philly's Aksum, is opening a new restaurant just down the street. Apparently Tedla bought 5021-23 Baltimore Avenue, and is in the process of rehabbing the space. There's no word yet on what the cuisine or concept will be, but we're hearing that the new spot won't be open until 2014. Stay tuned. [EaterWire]
