La Colombe Launching Inaugural 'Roasters Jam'

La Colombe has published an open call to all coffee professionals in the Philadelphia region: on June 12, the renowned roasting company will host the first Delaware Valley Roaster Jam at its Dilworth Plaza location, which sits on the first floor of the Residences at the Ritz-Carlton at 1414 South Penn Square .

Mixing and mingling commences at 5:30 pm, followed by 7 pm cupping of samples of the famed Panama-based Peterson family's lots of award-winning Esmeralda Special Geisha varietals, up for auction. For more on how the Esmeralda auction works, check out the coffee farm's site.
