The way under-appreciated Center City Korean restaurant Giwa is bottling up their fantastic Go Chu Jang hot sauce and selling it for $5.95 at the restaurant. Owner Yong Chi tapped a Lancaster County plant to produce the sauce under the label Yong's Kitchen. There's a good chance Yong's will hit local gourmet shops, and maybe even chains like Williams-Sonoma as Vedge has already done. [Facebook]
