The Northern Liberties outpost of Circles is launching a lunch menu tomorrow, and will be handing out free burgers from noon until 2 p.m. at 2nd and Brown Streets.
Chef/owner Alex Boonphaya has thrown together a bunch of fantastic new lunch dishes that mashup Latin influences with the Thai goodies they're known for. Some of the highlights on the new menu include lamb massaman tacos and watermelon gazpacho, as well as red snapper ceviche and, yes, even nachos.
