Jose Garces Opening Noodle Bar at Revel Casino

Iron Chef Jose Garces has scrapped his planxa bar that sits adjacent to Amada in the Revel Casino in Atlantic City, and is planning to install a ramen noodle bar in the near future. The Insider is reporting that the change is being made in preparation for the upcoming Memorial Day weekend, which will also feature Garces' Distrito Taco Truck selling goods on nearby Revel Beach.

Revel has struggled mightily since opening to great fanfare last year, and there has been hefty shuffling of the signature restaurants, including the shutter of Central Michel Richard, which happened just a few days ago.
