West Philly's popular kebab joint, Kabobeesh, is opening a second location at 613 S. 4th Street. If the address sounds familiar, it was home to The Latest Dish for 17 long years before it shut down in early April, along with Fluid nightclub, which was perched on the second floor above the restaurant. Word 'round the campfire says the owners are shooting for a fall opening. [Foobooz]
