Philly must really be hitting the big time, as the latest edition of Gwyneth Paltrow's online Goop Mag profiles the best our city has to eat, among other stuff. Luckily, they get it right, as Vedge owners Rich Landau and Kate Jacoby get the big profile, and Zahav, Vernick, and Vetri get nods as definite must-visits for any out of towners.
In the interview, Rich and Kate namedrop Nomad Pizza for kid-friendly restaurants, and Honey's Sit N' Eat as a brunch staple. So, even though it's really easy to hate Gwyneth, the editors picked the right duo to put Philly in a good light.
There's a bunch of stuff not related to food, too, and the piece is definitely worth a read.
