The Insider is reporting that Philippe Chin has left his post at his eponymous French-Asian bistro in lovely Somers Point. Chin, who returned to the area in 2012 after being away for more than a decade, is heading to the lovely shores of Maui, Hawaii, to open a new restaurant. While Chin's presence will be missed on the Jersey shore, no one can blame him for heading to paradise to chase a new dream. Happy trails. [The Insider]
