The Philly outpost of Collingswood favorite IndeBlue recently opened at 205 S. 13th Street, and has already gotten some pretty stellar word of mouth. The dining room, which is low lit and very intimate, features a marble top bar that sits as a stark contrast to the bronze elements that frame the space. Haddonfield's Robert Allan Design is responsible for the look and feel of Wash West's newest addition.
Chef Rakesh Ramola's menu is full of classics and some clever updates of popular Indian dishes, which are fairly pricey, starting at $16. They're only open for dinner right now, but brunch will go live on June 30, and lunch launches on July 1.
