Tonight at 8 p.m. chefs Jeremy Nolen of Brauhaus Schmitz and Ben Puchowitz of Cheu Noodle Bar, will be debuting their band, Big in Munich, at Brauhaus on South Street. The event is being put on by Neshaminy Creek Brewing for Beer Week, and they'll be on hand to pour out their beers to pair with complimentary snacks coming out of the Brauhaus kitchen.
Nolen and Puchowitz are both playing guitar, and are teaming up with Gregg Gordon (bartender at Johnny Brenda's) on vocals, Rene Ropac (server at Brauhaus) on bass, and Guy Juravich (server at Brauhaus) playing the drums. The band is playing some classic blues and straight up rock and roll, which is a great way to spend your Tuesday night. Good luck, guys.
