While the beer universe is paying attention to publicans Brendan Hartranft and Leigh Maida's new Wash West bar, Strangelove's, their Grays Ferry watering hole, Resurrection Ale House, is overhauling their menu for summer.

Starting tomorrow, Tuesday, July 2, Chef Rhett Vellner is debuting a brand new seasonal menu featuring the best of the summer vegetables and fruits, like melons, raspberries, mint, golden beets, haricot vert and gorgeous heirloom tomatoes.

And for you fried food junkies, there's deliciously crunchy wings covered in Za'atar spice and tahini yogurt sauce, and a crispy trout with sage brown butter and anchovies. And fear not, the legendary twice fried chicken is still anchoring the menu with it's spicy honey. But there's more.
