A new Philly outpost of California Tortilla is opening today at the Langhorne Square Shopping Center in Levittown. They're giving away free burritos and drinks today from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m., and then again from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. And, for the first 20 customers in line, they're giving away free burritos for the whole year.
