smashburgerinside.jpgPopular high-end burger chain Smashburger is opening two outposts in the Philly area this summer. The chain got its name from the technique of "smashing" the ball of beef on the grill to sear in the juices to make the patty. The first storefront is opening any day now at Terminal F of the Philly International Airport, and the other is opening on August 7 at 550 E. Lancaster Avenue. More burgers are good. [EaterWire]
