More Smashburgers Coming; Crazy Ice Cream Flavors

PLYMOUTH MEETING — Smashburger is opening an outpost at the Plymouth Meeting Mall later this year. This is the third Smashburger opening in Philly this year, which is a lot considering right now there are none at all. [Foobooz]

Capogiro made the list with their deliciously freaky Rosemary Honey Goat's Milk gelato, and Sbraga lands among the crazy with Sichuan Peppercorn Ice Cream that numbs your lips and is really delicious. DOWNINGTOWN — Stella Rosa, the latest eatery from restaurateur Dave Magrogan, is opening in Downingtown on August 4. Stella Rosa is an Italian Bistro and Wine Bar that has a whopping 350 seats, with 225 in the dining room, 50 on the patio, and another 25 at the bar. [The Insider]
