Restaurateur Stephen Starr continues his march towards world dominance by opening yet another restaurant, this time in the Pérez Art Museum in sunny and beautiful Miami. This isn't the first Florida foray for Starr, as he also owns Bal Harbour's Makoto and Steak 954 at the W Fort Lauderdale. There's no name for the new restaurant yet, but it's opening up shop in December of this year on the waterfront of Biscayne Bay which will offer spectacular views.

In addition to daily restaurant operations, Starr will be handling the catering for the event space, which is primed to be one of the best in the city when it opens later this year. Management has said that even though the structure won't be complete until the end of 2013, they're almost booked solid for the foreseeable future, which is great news for Starr before they even seat their first diner.

With the way things have been going for the Big Philly 3, it's only a matter of time before Garces or Vetri announce their foray into Miami, too.
