Christopher Kearse's Will turns one year old on August 24, and they're celebrating the big occasion with a week of fun stuff. From August 21-24, Kearse is whipping up a greatest hits tasting menu, and on Sunday, August 25, Kearse will be teaming up with David Ansill for a 5-course blowout dinner. The big event costs $100, and all proceeds will benefit the National Foundation for Facial Reconstruction. [Foobooz]
