Meal Ticket is reporting that Rich Landau and Kate Jacoby's meatless mecca, Vedge, isn't setting up shop in Los Angeles anytime soon. Landau said that they can't leave the Philly restaurant for the amount of time it requires to get the LA expansion up and running right now. You West Coast expats will have to wait another 2 or 3 years for your very own Vedge. [Meal Ticket]
