Now that Artisan Boulanger Patissier has moved, restaurateur Chris Scarduzio—who took over AB's former space—got some good news as well. The zoning board has given Scarduzio's plan the big thumbs up, which means the old building is being demolished, and there's a new one on the way.

Scarduzio tweeted out the sketch above, which is what the new building will look like when it's completed at 1646 S. 12th Street. The bottom floor will house his new restaurant, and the top two floors will be residential. There's no timeline for the project yet, but it's looking fantastic.
