It looks like Steve Cook and Mike Solomonov are planning on opening a Federal Donuts at 7th and Fairmount. The proposal is in the very early stages, so it's far from a slam dunk, but if it happens, it'll be the biggest FedNuts yet. Considering the dearth of food options right there, this place would make a killing in the neighborhood. [Foobooz]
