The Port Richmond Pour House is closing up shop on September 1, ending a two year run that was marred with a shooting and patrons on "wet," PCP-lased pot that's prevalent in the neighborhood. It's a sad situation, as bar owner John Boswell did a tremendous job making the PRPH a neighborhood watering hole. Just not enough people came in to keep the place afloat.
