The Insider is reporting that popular local DJ Brendan Bring'em—whose real name is Brendan Olkus—just opened The Saint, Fishtown's newest bar. The Saint is replacing neighborhood haunt Wonder Years at Front & Girard, which had a truly impressive selection of takeout 40's. The bar is still a work in progress, and the kitchen will be turning out creole cuisine. [The Insider]
