Little Baby's & Elixr Team Up For Affogatos

Little Baby's Ice Cream has become a real-deal culinary destination in town, and they're partnering up with Philly's hot new favorite coffee shop, Elixr. On Wednesday, August 14 and August 28, the Little Baby's crew is setting up shop at Elixr at 207 S. Sydenham to hand out affogatos to the adoring public.

For those not in the know, the affogato (which means "drowned" in Italian) is one of the most delicious things on the planet made up of a scoop of ice cream topped with a shot of espresso.

Considering how great Elixr and Little Baby's do their thing, this is most likely the most mind-blowing affogato ever made. So make sure you put this on your calendar. Oh, and the poster was done by the inimitable Hawk Krall.
