The Insider is reporting that the recently shuttered Bob Evans in Cherry Hill is now a Whole Hog Cafe, the BBQ chain from Little Rock, Arkansas. Owned by siblings Kathy and Chris Maynes, Whole Hog is championship-quality BBQ, with a menu full of pulled pork, ribs, and brisket. That Philly BBQ wave has yet to subside. [The Insider]
