Starting today, Eater Philly will be posting an open thread every Friday where you, our dear readers, will help crowdsource some very important questions that have been sent to us. Today's query: What Are Philly's Best Bars for Eagles Fans?

We're not looking for your local corner bar with 8 stools and a TV turned to Fox where your favorite bartender gives you a free sandwich, and we're not looking for Chickie's & Pete's which everyone already knows is one of the best sports bars in the U.S.

But maybe you live near a place that has ridiculous specials on beer or wings, or maybe counts some retired Eagles as regular patrons that watch the game there. Or maybe there's a group of regulars that buys everyone in the bar a shot everytime Andy Reid says "I gotta do a better job putting my guys in a position to succeed." Whatever it is, we want to know.

Sure, you might worry about bigger crowds taking your usual stool, but isn't watching the game really about yelling at the TV as a chorus and bitching about Donovan McNabb long after he's retired?
