Drew Lazor and Neal Santos, two Philly food media stars that happen to be of Filipino descent, are hosting a Filipino pop-up feast at American Sardine Bar on September 26 at 6 p.m. called Tita Rosy's. Lazor's cheffy BFF Scott Schroeder is developing the menu for the event, which will feature classic Filipino dishes with little tweaks and twists. [Foobooz]
