The Insider is reporting that Mike Stollenwerk has already left Branzino, the little BYOB that took him in last April. Apparently Stollenwerk is headed to South Street to take over the kitchen at Ralic's on South, the new seafooder owned by David Ralic of Ralic's Steakhouse fame. Mike Klein is also reporting that they're rebranding as Headhouse Crab & Oyster Co. over the next few weeks. [The Insider]
