It looks like the Starlight Ballroom, located at 460 N. 9th St., is being brought back to life as District Nine, a dancey-dance club. While it's true that Philly peaked in this arena in the mid 90's when Space (and Motion for like 3 days) was going strong, they are bringing in DJ Shadow to do a live set on Saturday night.
