The Insider finally has word on what's to come of the East Passyunk spot that housed Christopher Lee's bomb Sophia's: Chef Townsend Wentz has signed a lease for the space, with plans to launch a new modern French concept. Wentz most recently held things down at McCrossen's Tavern, and also boasts time at Lacroix and the Four Seasons. [Philly.com]
