First We Feast recognizes Philly "has long outgrown its reputation as a simple cheesesteak town," so to get a better feel for all our town has to offer, they polled 11 of our best chefs for their recommendations for "under-the-radar" spots. It's a seriously strong list, with picks from Justin Bogle, Peter Serpico, Erin O'Shea, Nick Elmi, and many more people we trust to keep us well-fed.
