You may recall this trailer released in 2012 for a Zahav cookbook that never came about, titled Eight Days in Israel. But according to Clare Pelino of ProLiterary Consultants, this is an entirely new project. "It's more of an in-depth look into Mike's cooking and his influences which include the cuisines of the many countries that are the melting pot of people in Israel," says Pelino.
The book will be published on the Rux Martin imprint at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt in the fall of 2015.
