Fast-casual fusion spot Hai Street Kitchen has been humming along at their Rittenhouse location for about seven months now, wrapping whatever they damn well please into oversized nori bundles. (They did lose the cheese sauce option along the way, though, which sounds like the right call.) Now, they're eyeing up West Philly, according to a report from Michael Klein.
Targeting an opening sometime in early 2015, the latest Hai Street iteration will end up next door to the U City outpost of Jake's Sandwich Board, which looks like it's ready to open quite soon:
