For the time being, Green Line Cafe is back to being a West Philly exclusive, following the shutter of their Center City location at 15th and Moravian late last week. According to an announcement on the cafe's site, the entire building has been sold and is due to be redeveloped.

Meanwhile, the mini-chain is adding a fourth location west of the Schuylkill. Green Line will take over and re-brand Lovers and Madmen Coffee Lounge on 40th Street, saying they "expect to be fully operational there by January 15, 2015."

The announcement also notes that Green Line is shopping for a replacement for its now-shuttered 15th Street store. No location has been disclosed, but they're aiming to restore a presence in Center City sometime this spring.
