A new sign suddenly went up yesterday at the 19th Street spinoff of the Original Famous 4th Street Deli, as reported by Foobooz. It's now sporting the name Kaufman's.

According to a more in-depth report from Michael Klein, the new owners are Rich Kaufman and Ken Keating, a pair of former bankers. They told Klein they don't plan to make any changes, so customers can expect the existing staff and menu to remain.

The Original 4th Street Deli at Fourth and Bainbridge is unaffected by the sale.
